Insurance & surety bond
Operators must carry liability insurance and a surety bond on file.
How we comply
We carry full commercial liability coverage and provide a certificate of insurance on request.
Bounce house safety, done right
Nevada's inflatable-safety law took effect January 1, 2026. We don't just meet it — safety has always been how we operate. Here's exactly what the law requires and how we deliver on every point.
Wind & weather limits
Operation must stop at sustained winds of 15 mph or in storms.
How we comply
Our crew monitors NWS conditions and will reschedule high-wind or rain days free of charge.
Anchoring & staking
Units must be anchored per manufacturer spec — stakes or 1,200+ lb ballast.
How we comply
Every unit is anchored on delivery; hard-surface setups use weighted sandbag ballast.
Operator training
Trained, background-checked setup operators are required.
How we comply
Our delivery team is trained on setup, anchoring, and a safe-use briefing for your group.
Inspection & logs
A documented pre-rental inspection is required for each unit.
How we comply
Each inflatable is inspected and logged before every single event.
Every unit, cleaned in 3 steps
Scrub & sanitize
Every surface is scrubbed with a child-safe disinfectant after each rental.
UV & air-dry
Units are fully dried in the Vegas sun to prevent any mildew or odor.
Inspect & seal
Seams, blowers, and anchors are inspected, then the unit is sealed until delivery.
